 | Helen HendersonHelen comes from a programming background, working with Chartered Accountant - Peat Marwick in the early days when Programming and Specification entailed general accounting software, time and cost, payroll, Shareholders and Hire Purchase systems and the back office reporting structure for POS tills. Now days, a lot of her time is spent arranging for clients needs, liaising with accountants etc, demonstrating software, specification of programming modifications, hands on installations, scheduling and support. Helen has worked with a wide range of businesses for the past 25 years providing exceptional computer software and support. |
 | Andrew Watts B Com AgAndrew has been with HHA Associates Limited for over ten years and has excellent understanding of the software, a solid accounting background, is well travelled and specialises in writing databases, VB, VBA and .NET programming. Andrew has developed our Freight Management & Distribution Software that includes, Transport Operators Rating, Road User Charges, Container Tracking, Warehousing & Storage and GPS Integration. |
 | Phil FormanPhil joined us in early 2003. Phil has spent the last 35 years in environments based around application development and integration of disparate systems. Most of the applications worked on have been financial, ranging from Rating and Payroll in earlier years through Insurance and Leasing, to integrated financial packages in more recent times. He has very good training, analysis skills and is a competent Microsoft Office user. Phil spends most of his time assisting our finPOWER clients. Phil is also our E-Business Consultant for Zeald.com in which we became a franchise holder in 2009, this involves Phil working with new and existing clients to establish their website needs. |
 | Shirley WallsShirley joined the team late 2003 and is our Personnel & Wages Manager for the IMS Payroll Partner, Vizual Human Resources, Health and Safety Compliance system and Time & Attendance sales and support. Shirley is responsible for the IMS Payroll Partner 2007 & 2009 South Island Reseller of the Year award for her dedication to sales and support. Shirley also supports the Intersoft Systems Ltd - Accounting software on our help desk. She also has good Microsoft Office skills. Shirley has many years experience in accounts administration and appreciates a well balanced accounts system! |
 | Julie QuiranteJulie joined our team mid January 2008 as a Software Consultant for IMS Payroll Partner, emPOWER and Freight Rating. Julie has come from a background of Personal Assistant, administrative, payroll and Health & Safety in a variety of industries including Transport, Export and Manufacturing. Julie's knowledge of general accounting, office management and payroll doubled with her experience in emPOWER, IMS Payroll partner and Freight Rating software provides us with a very capable and fun team member who will assist the HHA Associates Limited team. Julie has over 20 years experience in payroll, ACC and employment legislation, and is looking forward to supporting new and existing clients. |
 | Theresa ClappTheresa joined our team in mid August 2008 as our Payroll Software Consultant. Theresa has an administrative/management background and brings with her experience in general accounting, office management and payroll including IMS Payroll Partner. Theresa enjoys interacting with new and existing clients and is please to be able to utilize her knowledge and training skills when assisting with software support. |
 | Amanda TaylorAmanda joined our team in July 2007 and is our Office Administrator. Amanda comes from an administration background in the New Zealand Fire Service and brings to our company excellent skills in Microsoft Office products. Amanda has an interest in marketing and you will often find her cheery voices when she answers the phone. Amanda supports our team with all administration aspects of our company. |
Adele WeareAdele originally from Johannesburg South Africa joined Amanda in Administration in November 2009. Adele has over 25 years experience in administration and accounting background working in Civil Construction, Fire Engineering and International Metal Traders and is also a translator from English to Afrikaans. Adele is a competent user of Microsoft Office products and will be assisting the team with all administration aspects of the company. |
