Helen Henderson

Helen Henderson - Founding Director

Helen has 25 years experience in the business software industry. Originally from a planning and analyst background in Dunedin Helen very early on saw the need for efficient customised software systems for local businesses in the South Island. Helen's vision was insightful and HHA has continued to expand as it has successfully enabled many New Zealand businesses to improve their management systems.

Andrew Watts

Andrew Watts B Com Ag - Programmer

Andrew is one of the original team members and has a strong accountancy and freight industry background. Andrew has customised many clients' systems and specialises in writing databases - VB, VBA and .NET. It is Andrew who designed HHA FreightMan.

Phil Forman

Phil Forman - Consultant

Phil has an extensive background in IT systems development and finance. Phil looks after HHA finPOWER customer base and is the HHA e-commerce business consultant working with new and existing clients to further their website requirements under the ZEALD South Island franchise agreement.

Shirley Walls

Shirley Walls - Personnel & Wages Manager

Shirl is enthusiastic about people, payroll and other personnel areas and helps HHA clients obtain a "Simple Smart office system that works". Shirl along with the help of the team has achieved IMS Reseller of the Year (SI) in 2007, 2009 and 2010.

Julie Quirante

Julie Quirante - Help Desk Coordinator

Julie comes from a strong background in accounting and office management in the transport and manufacturing industries. Julie trains all HHA clients with emPOWER and supports, FreightMan and IMS Payroll Partner ensuring that everyone is advised about all new software releases.

 

Daniele Ferreira - Sales Consultant

Daniele has come onboard with HHA as a Sales Consultant and will be working with Helen and Phil on promoting and selling HHA products. Daniele has come from the Insurance Industry with eight years experience covering all aspects including Finance, Administration, Sales and Support.

Amanda Taylor

Amanda Taylor - Sales & Marketing Support

Amanda's main role is keeping the HHA brand true and supporting the sales team. Amanda is also in charge of the HHA Newsletter and the website and with keeping the information up to date and fresh.

Adele Weare

Adele Weare - Office Administrator

Adele assists the client support team in looking after the HHA customer base and their license requirements and keeps the team updated with the business of the day. Adele has many years experience in administration and accounting.
